Since a few years we've
been doing online work; Files are being transferred via
our FTP or Web Based Server, worked on and put back onto
the Server for download and evaluation (It's a well
secured Server, so there's no need for fear...).
The Master can be sent to the pressing plant the same way (or being put available for download in some cases).
The DDP Image Format is a very reliable Format and by far less Error prone than the very Common Audio CD.
Most Pressing Plants recommed this Format, and some record Companies accept this as the only Format for CD Masters.
We obviously can do all conventional physical Formats as well.
There's a little piece of Software (Mac or PC) that you can get for free from us to be able to play back the DDP Master, view Contents/Subcodes as well as writing it to a CDR to have a reference copy with correct spacing, Startpoints etc. of the complete project.
That makes listening copies fast and cheaper than a overnight or express courier'ed CDR no matter how far you are.
